Ik heb al zo lang geen video gemaakt! Had weer een aantal lakke binnengekregen afgelopen paar weken en ik wilde graag weer een video maken! 1+1=2 en ik denk dat dat genoeg zegt;)

Back to swatching: OPI - Metallic 4 Life
Ik heb nog steeds twee lakje te swatchen van de Nicki Minaj Collection van OPI die ik in mijn bezit heb! Did It On 'Em en Metallic 4 Life.
Vandaag heb ik een swatch van Metallic 4 Life voor jullie!
I still have two polishes to swatch of the Nicki Minaj Collection that I have in my possession! Those are Did It On 'Em and Metallic 4 Life.

Het was echt moeilijk om een goede foto te krijgen van dit lakje. Dat komt door de zwarte lak en al die zilveren glitters!
Op die foto heb ik twee lagen Metallic 4 Life gelakt!
It was hard to get a good picture of this polish. That's because of the black polish en all those silver glitters!
I did two coats of Metallic 4 Life on that picture!
Ik vind dit lakje wel erg mooi! Helemaal voor speciale gelegenheden, want dit lakje schittert de hele dag door!

Spring Collections
Ik heb weer eens iets anders voor jullie dan swatches of hauls!
Op facebook had ik al een beetje verklapt waar mijn volgende post over zou gaan. Ik ga het vandaag hebben over de verschillende lente collecties die je op dit moment al kunt kopen of nog uit komen!

I told a bit on facebook about my next post. Today I'm gonna talk about some spring collections which you already can buy or still have to come out!
Toen ik de collecties bekeek, zag ik al meteen dat er bepaalde kleuren waren die zowat in elke collectie voorkomen.
When I looked at the collection, I saw immediately that there were some colors which almost every collection have.
Let's take a look at the collections!
In de Navigate Her Collection van Essie zijn er felle en wat zachtere kleuren terug te vinden. Veel roze en rode tinten. Mij lijkt Navigate Her, de groene, het mooist!
You can see that there are some bright and some softer colors in the Navigate Her Collection of Esse. A lot of pink and red tones. I think Navigate Her, the green one, is the prettiest!
Dit is de Zoya True Collection. In deze collectie zijn er alleen maar zachte kleuren. Twee paarse, een groene, een blauwe en twee nude kleuren. Wat ik nou zo erg jammer vind, is dat Zoya nu weer twee nude kleuren uitbrengt, want in de vorige collectie brachten ze alleen maar nude kleuren uit.
Ik vind dit eigenlijk meer een herfst collectie qua kleuren. Als ik aan de lente denk, dan denk ik meer aan wat fellere kleuren.
Al met al vind ik het wel een mooie collectie, maar ik had er weel meer van verwacht.
So this is the Zoya True Collection. This collection contens nothing but soft colors. Two purple colors, one green, one blue and two nude colors. This collection disappoints me a bit because Zoya launched in their last collection only nude colors and now there are again two nude colors. I think it's a pitty..
These colors fit perfectly in a autumn collection. When I think of spring, I think of brighter colors than these.
Eventually I think it's a beautyfull collection but I expected more.
Deze twee lakjes van Dior horen bij de Spring Garden Party Collection. Een paarse crème lak en een groene shimmer. Ik zou deze allebei best graag willen hebben, maar ze zijn zo duur! Ik weet zeker dat er van allebei dupes te vinden zijn.
These two nail polishes of Dior belong to the Spring Garden Collection. A purple creme polish and a green shimmer. I would like to have both of these polishes, but they're so expensive! Know for sure that there are dupes to find of both of them.
Deze kleurjes van Chanel zijn echte lente kleurtjes! Niet te fel en ook net geen pastelkleuren! Die oranje nagellak en die rode zou ik best wel willen hebben!
Chanel brengt altijd wel mooie nagellak uit.
These colors of Chanel are real spring colors! Not too bright and they're not pastel colors either. Would like to have that orange polish and the red one!
Chanel brings always gorgeous polishes out.
Oké, dit wordt echt MIJN LIEVELINGS collectie ever. Natuurlijk omdat het de HOLLAND Collection is van OPI! En die namen, ge-wel-dig!
De kleuren vind ik wel goed verdeeld, een paar felle en een paar neutrale kleuren.

Oké, this will be MY FAVOURITE collection ever.
Obviously because it's the HOLLAND Collection of OPI and I'm Dutch;)
Love the names! And the colors are well divided, a couple of bright colors and some neutral colors.

Dus, als ik deze collectie zie, dan valt mij op dat paars, lichtgroen en oranje veel terug komt in de collecties. Op zich wel mooie lente kleurtjes!
Ik kan helaas niet alle collecties aanschaffen, want dat kost me te veel geld, haha.
Wel ga ik erg mijn best doen om de Holland Collection van OPI te bemachtigen!
So, when I look at the collection, I notice that purple colors, green and orange are the most used colors by the brands. In itself beautiful spring colors!
Unfortunately I can't purchase all the collections. That's just too much money for me, lol!
I am gonna try my best to get all the polishes of the Holland Collection!
Stay tuned, because the Holland Collection will be out soon!!
Oh, and today it's my birthday!!! I thought of doing a give away, but I'll probably do that in summer! That's someting I look forward to!

Nail Art: OPI - Fly + Did It On 'Em
So, yesterday I swatched Fly for you!
But I wanted to do a nail art with my new polishes!
Check out my nail art with OPI - Fly and Did It On 'Em!
I did a tape nail art! The colors might not go very well together but I really like this nail art just because of the colors!
Well, this was the first time that I did this tape nail art. I didn't turned out perfect, that's why I did a silver line between the two colors.
Got to practice tape nail art LOL.

NOTD OPI - Fly
I couldn't wait to swatch one of my Nicki Minaj polishes so today I swatched Fly for you!
I started out with two coats of this polish. I thought the polish was a bit thin. Maybe I haven't shaken it enough? I don't know. Does anyone has the same problem?
Anyway, just put two coats of the polish on your nails and it will look so pretty!
This is a greenish blue color. It's also one of the three creme polishes of the collection.
I haven't got this kind of color yet, but it's stunning!
What do you think of this polish?
Does anyone of you have one of the polishes of the Nicki Minaj Collection?

New OPI polishes!
Woooow.
It's been a while since I've posted something on my blog.
I know, I know, I'm so sorry guys.
Please forgive me! I hope you can while reading this post!
A couple of months ago, I posted something about the new collections of OPI. You can read the post here if you like. The post is written in Dutch.
In that post, I told you guys about the Nicki Minaj Collection. It came out this month!!
I have three of the six polishes of the Nicki Minaj Collection! I think that these three polishes are the prettiest of the collection!
I've got Fly, Did It On 'Em and Metallic 4 Life.
Fly is a sea green polish. It also looks like turqoise or jade! Anyway, it's a gorgeous greenish blue!
Did It On 'Em has something of a neon yellow but is has a green undertone in the polish. The green makes the color less intensive. I think this polish would be great for people with a tinted skintone!
Metallic 4 Life has a black base en lots of silver glitters. Big chunky glitters and a lot smaller glitters.
I really want to try these polishes!
I love, love the colors!

NOTD - OPI Dim Sum Plum + Teenage Dream
For today I have a mani that I wanted to wear on new year's eve, but I was too busy with work and I had to go to the church so the nail polish haden't time to dry.
That's why I'm showing you guys the mani right now.
Two weeks ago I got my order from Beauty Maniac. They used to sell OPI but not any more. Don't ask me why.. They had a huge sale so I bought some OPI polishes including OPI - Dim Sum Plum!
It's a beautiful purple color! I lacquered two coats of Dim Sum Plum on my nails.
I loved the plum color, but for new year's eve I thought that the polish was too plain. So I lacquered Teenage Dream over Dim Sum Plum and the result was amazing!
It looked like sugar on pink candy or something, haha. Really looked cute! Especially with the holograpic glitters!
What do you think of the combination Dim Sum Plum + Teenage Dream?

Nail Polish Stash So Far
Voor het einde van het jaar wil ik jullie mijn nagellak stash laten zien!
Vanaf oktober heb ik dus deze lakjes gekocht!
Het zijn er aardig wat, maar onderhand weet ik wel waar ik de lakjes heel goedkoop kan krijgen en dat deel ik natuurlijk met jullie!
Heb nog wel opbergruimte nodig voor mijn nail art stuff en nagellakken, maar dat komt in 2012 wel!;)

NOTD OPI - Let Me Entertain You + Christmas Nail Art Design!
De NOTD van vandaag is een lakje die ik gister aan jullie heb laten zien!
Het is Let Me Entertain You en komt uit de Burlesque Collectie.
Ik zei in mijn vorige post dat ik dacht dat het een geweldige lak zou zijn. Nu weet ik het heel zeker dat dit een prachtige lak is!
Zoals ik al zei is het een donkerroze, bijna rode lak. Er zit een shimmer in met paarse glitters. Als je 't lakje in het licht houdt, dan lijkt het net alsof er een gouden shimmer in zit! Heel apart, maar als je het op je nagels hebt, dan zie je niks van de gouden shimmer.
Ik heb de flits moeten gebruiken, want zonder flits kwam de kleur niet goed over.
Het leek me leuk om op deze lak een leuke Christmas Nail Art te doen!
Daarbij heb ik ook een andere nieuwe lak gebruikt namelijk Alpine Snow voor de dots.
Daarnaast heb ik mijn dotting tool gebruikt en rhinestones!
Ik wilde het een beetje simpel houden!

New OPI polishes
Afgelopen week heb ik weer wat OPI nagellakjes binnengekregen!
Er was een mega sale bij www.nagellack-online.de en daar verkochten ze onwijs veel OPI lakjes! Ze verkopen nu geen OPI lakjes meer wat ik echt heeeeel erg jammer vind, want ze verkochten er zo ongelofelijk veel!
Verwacht niet een complete collectie, want ik zat een beetje krap in kas, haha.
Allereerst heb ik voor jullie Alpine Snow. Dit is een witte lak en is geweldig om te gebruiken voor een french manicure. Witter dan Alpine Snow heb je gewoon niet!
Het is een matte lak, want hij is van de Matte Collectie van OPI.
Verder heb ik ook nog een paarse lak genaamd Dim Sum Plum. Het is zo'n classic lak die altijd verkrijgbaar zal zijn bij Sephora of andere beautysalons en drogisterijen.
Dim Sum Plum is van de Hong Kong Collectie.
Het is een crème lakje en daar heb ik er nog niet zoveel van aangezien ik van glitter lakjes houd!
Ik had ook Rally Pretty Pink besteld, want die staat op mijn wishlist.
Alleen toen ik het pakketje openmaakte, zag ik tot mijn verbazing dat ik twee Dim Sum Plum lakjes had en Rally Pretty Pink was nergens te bekennen! Op de factuur stond dat Rally Pretty Pink uitverkocht was en als oplossing hebben ze mij een tweede Dim Sum Plum gestuurd. Heel jammer dat 't uitverkocht was, maar ik ga er hoe dan ook ervoor zorgen dat ik 't ergens anders wel kan bestellen!
Die houden jullie dus nog van mij tegoed;)
Als laatst heb ik nog een lakje van de Burlesque Collectie: Let Me Entertain You. Dit is een van de mooie shimmer lakjes uit die collectie!
Het is een donkerroze lak met een aantal paarse glittertjes!
Ik denk dat dit echt een geweldige lak is! Heb al een aantal swatches gezien op andere blogs dus ik ben heel erg benieuwd!
Ik ben zeer tevreden met mijn aankopen! Het zijn niet echte kerst lakjes, maar deze stonden al een hele tijd op mijn wishlist!
Op www.nagellack-online.de kun je dus helaas geen OPI lakjes meer bestellen.
Ik heb dus ontdekt dat je op TransDesign nog steeds OPI lakjes kunt bestellen. Deze staan niet onder het kopje ''Polishes'', maar ik zal het nog in een aparte post uitleggen.

Verder heb ik ook nog een paarse lak genaamd Dim Sum Plum. Het is zo'n classic lak die altijd verkrijgbaar zal zijn bij Sephora of andere beautysalons en drogisterijen.
Dim Sum Plum is van de Hong Kong Collectie.
Het is een crème lakje en daar heb ik er nog niet zoveel van aangezien ik van glitter lakjes houd!

Ik had ook Rally Pretty Pink besteld, want die staat op mijn wishlist.
Alleen toen ik het pakketje openmaakte, zag ik tot mijn verbazing dat ik twee Dim Sum Plum lakjes had en Rally Pretty Pink was nergens te bekennen! Op de factuur stond dat Rally Pretty Pink uitverkocht was en als oplossing hebben ze mij een tweede Dim Sum Plum gestuurd. Heel jammer dat 't uitverkocht was, maar ik ga er hoe dan ook ervoor zorgen dat ik 't ergens anders wel kan bestellen!
Die houden jullie dus nog van mij tegoed;)
Als laatst heb ik nog een lakje van de Burlesque Collectie: Let Me Entertain You. Dit is een van de mooie shimmer lakjes uit die collectie!
Het is een donkerroze lak met een aantal paarse glittertjes!
Ik denk dat dit echt een geweldige lak is! Heb al een aantal swatches gezien op andere blogs dus ik ben heel erg benieuwd!

Ik heb dus ontdekt dat je op TransDesign nog steeds OPI lakjes kunt bestellen. Deze staan niet onder het kopje ''Polishes'', maar ik zal het nog in een aparte post uitleggen.

NOTD OPI - DS Temptation
Het is weer een hele tijd geleden dat ik wat heb gepost.
Ik was wat dingetjes aan het uitproberen, maar was vooral druk met kerst. Dan heb ik het over kleren kopen, haha.
Het komt steeds dichterbij en ik heb nóg steeds niet mijn outfit compleet. Drama, drama, drama.
Ik weet al wel wat ik op mijn nagels ga doen!
Dat blijft nog even een geheim tot zaterdag.
Vandaag heb ik een lakje voor jullie in de aanbieding van de DS collectie! Ze zijn lastig te verkrijgen en vaak ook heel erg duur.
Dit is een van de nieuwe lakjes van de DS collectie namelijk Temptation.
Het is een paarse glitterlak met blauwe en een aantal andere kleuren glitters er doorheen. Het dekt goed in twee lagen. De eerste laag is 'ie erg doorzichtig. Je moet wel echt even wachten met lakken, anders komen er bubbeltjes in je lak en dat wil je niet hebben of course!
Ik vind het een erg mooie lak! Zelf heb ik niet zoveel paars getinte lakken, maar deze heeft lekker veel glitters en de kleur vind ik ook wel mooi staan!

NOTD OPI - Teenage Dream
Ik heb weer eens een NOTD voor jullie!
De Nail Of The Day van vandaag is een lakje dat ik pas heb binnengekregen!
Het lakje is Teenage Dream uit de Katy Perry collectie van OPI.
Het is erg gewild en ik snap ook helemaal waarom. Het is roze met een soort parelmoer shimmer erin met grote holografische glitters.
De lak dekt in twee laagjes goed. Je moet wel echt een base- en een top coat aanbrengen, want de lak chipt helaas wel snel. Dat vind ik wel een nadeel, want hij is echt supermooi!
Ook heel leuk dat er holografische glitters in het lakje zitten, want dat hebben niet heel veel lakjes van OPI. Dat maakt deze juist ook zo bijzonder.
Dit lakje heb ik op een Canadese webshop besteld, maar het duurde zo ongelofelijk lang voordat ik het eindelijk in huis had. Zes weken dus.
Het lakje kun je vinden op ebay, maar daar betaal je nu echt veel voor.
Verder weet ik niet zo goed waar je het lakje ergens anders kunt bestellen. Je kunt het eventueel googlen.
